The MethComp package for R:
Statistical analysis of Method Comparison studies
- The MethComp package is aimed at providing practical
analysis and graphics tools for analysis of studies where two or more
methods of clinical measurements are compared.
- The MethComp package is available from the Comprehensive R
Archive Network,
CRAN.
You can the install it from R it by clicking Packages -> Install
package(s), choose a mirror to download from and then select
the MethComp package.
You must also install the packages R2WinBUGS, coda, BRugs and lattice.

with a brief overview and a couple of worked examples.
Beware that the last pages of this is merely the manual pages for
the MethComp package, so you may not want to print it all.
