Computer session applying the advanced methods
introduced in the seminar.

practical computer session.

interest in the course and whether you are currently working on method
comparison problems.
Participation is limited to 15. Admission is on a
first-come-first-served basis.
There is no course fee.

Install the latest version of R, 2.6.0, available from the
R homepage.
Additionally, please install the R-packages:
- Epi version 1.0.0 from:

- MethComp version 0.1.19 from
here .
- R2WinBUGS by issuing the command from inside R:
install.packages("R2WinBUGS")
- WinBUGS:

Remember to register as a user and get a free key file to get it working.
